This week I will be introducing you to Tolulope Ilori an undergraduate of Ladoke University, Ogbomoso.
Tolulope Ilori: DA TREND

What do you create? I design and make African and Western wears for women.
What inspires you when you create? Quietness and I get inspired when I see a design because each design that catches my glance act as a template to creating other designs.

Do you sell your creations? If so, how, and is it profitable?

Yes, I do sell my creations and yes it is profitable but you know DA TREND is getting there because at first it’s not about profit making but about gaining a good relationship and trust from your target market.

What mistakes have you made or lessons you have learned?

I learned to always put my best in every design because you can't be sure where it might get to

What to you is success? Have you reached it yet, or are you on your way towards success?

I haven't gotten to a quarter of my aspirations, trusting my God to take me there because I can't lean on my own understanding and strength. Also to be

So, what's next?

The next thing is too put my whole strength, time and ideas to make DA TREND a success because juggling between trying to study for Bio-technician is not really easy but I have learnt to program my time so that one does not affect the other.

What's your advice to women, entrepreneurship and self development? My advice to women is that we should believe ourselves because I'm also a woman. We should try and make impact wherever we find ourselves and put our best in whatever passion we carry. As an entrepreneur, we should not be afraid to take risk because it might be your open door to your success. We should always develop and update ourselves everyday on how things are being done.

Well here is our guest out partying the Yoruba way :0
